LATE 20’S SINGLES HUB, BAND BRAKE WITH DRUM

MAYBE SINGLE?  21″ OD clincher rim with 3 5/8″ flanges on 3″ diameter hub.  COMPLETE 5 3/4″ drum brake system with band, lever, bracket and axle.  Turns freely with no unexpected noises, should be pristine inside?  Spokes are little on flimsy side by todays’ standards but main internals and hardware are very serviceable.
